Melt in the mouth beef brisket on a bed of sweet potato mash, tender stem, roast parsnips and baby carrots finished with a homemade gravy.

Grilled Turkey escalope, chipolata’s, pancetta, crushed potatoes, roast baby carrots, asparagus and cranberries,

Baked cod with balsamic lentils, slow roast tomatoes, tender stem and basil butter.

Warm soft polenta mushroom and spinach tart, served with seasonal vegetables
